<h2>Where We Ship</h2> <p>We currently ship across the United States.</p> <h2>Processing Time</h2> <p>Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).</p> <h2>Free Shipping</h2> <p>Free standard US shipping on orders over $40. Orders under that ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.</p> <h2>Delivery Window</h2> <p>Standard US delivery arrives 7–12 business days after your order is placed. We'd rather promise honestly and arrive early than the reverse — most orders land ahead of the top of that window.</p> <h2>Tracking</h2> <p>A tracking link is emailed the moment your label prints. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan — that's normal.</p> <h2>Lost Or Delayed</h2> <p>If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, or it stalls well beyond the expected window, email hello@nuvelastore.us within 14 days and we'll open a trace and make it right.</p>
